The Mediating Role of Flexibility and Agility in the Effect of Supply Chain Integration on Firm Performance

Today, the concepts of supply chain integration and agile flexible chain, which affect companies to increase their performance in face change competition, have come fore. The purpose current study is develop a model that reveals mediating role effect on firm performance, hypotheses are tested with structural equation (SEM). To this end, research question worded as follows; “Do flexibility agility relationship between performance?” population consists manufacturing Free Zone Organized Industrial city Mersin. A total 238 questionnaires were applied study. As result analysis, it was found exists performance.
